Megan is waitress in a local restaurant. She has 2 young kids. She gets paid a small salary, but she mostly relies on tips to make ends meet. Now it is more of a good luck symbol than ever. Purse snatchers are criminals of opportunity. They hang around looking for people who they think will make good victims.
