Everybody wants to get a massage but not everybody feels comfortable giving them to someone else. We're afraid of accidentally causing hurt to the other person. The fear of not helping enough is a big one. We get afraid that the other person won't like what we are trying to do. You will be glad to hear that any person can learn how to give a terrific massage whenever they want to do just that. Here is how you [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] can give a terrific back massage each time you want to.

To start off, you need to make sure that the person is comfortable while lying down. The surface on which they [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] are lying down needs to be firm but soft. You don't need a fancy massage table table but you might have them lie down on a bed. If they are on your floor, place a mat or a few soft blankets or towels so that they will feel more relaxed. If the person wants to remain clothed (and most will), make sure that the shirt they are wearing is made of soft [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] material so there won't be as much friction or chafing.

Start with the simple rub. In a slow manner, and using the full flat side of both of your hands, rub up from the lower back [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] and toward the neck. Put some pressure into this rub but dont start with the full on massage yet. Begin at the base of the person's back and then glide your hands up the back then across the shoulders and then back down the back. As you keep doing this, try making each "loop" of the back smaller so that you can be certain to get to all areas of the back.

Using the heels of your hands offers you a superb way to offer fantastic and pointed pressure. Work the heels of your palms in tiny circles starting out [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] in the middle of the [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] base of the back and then working out toward the sides and then upwards and back in until you've covered the [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] entire back.

Sit on one of the sides of the person you you're [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] giving a massage to. Next, put one hand on top of the other and thrust into the back using only your fingers. Start at [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] the spinal column and thrust steadily while moving [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] your hands away from the backbone and across the back then gently slide your hands back across the back toward the spine. Repeat this step as you move upward along the back and then [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] repeat on the other side of the person's back.

Work out the spine. Starting with the base of the spine, work your way up [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] each of the sausage like sinews on either side of the spinal column by rubbing in tiny circles with a couple of fingers or your thumbs. Knead each node at least five times each so that you can build up a little friction. Massage one side of the [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] spine and then the other.

One of the things to remember as you work through every one of these massage techniques is that it is best [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] to re-relax your person between each portion of the massage you're giving. This means that after you're done with one technique, go back to the basic rub that you used at the [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] beginning of the massage for a couple of minutes.
