"Night of Neglect" found Sue Sylvester forming her own League of Doom (Legion of Evil?),[url=http://www.campingterreferme.fr/converse-femme.html]converse femme[/url], Mercedes becoming a diva, and Holly Holiday heading for the door but even these terrific plots could not overcome a weak central idea about a failed fundraiser.Being that one of themes of "Night of Neglect" was cheers and jeers here are a few of each for this week's episode of Glee.Cheers for Sue Sylvester's League of Evil/Legion of Evil/League of DoomWith the New Directions having upstaged Sue at Regionals the Cheerios coach is out for vengeance and this time she is recruiting help. Meeting in the dead of night, a time when Sue says "I'm usually out bowhunting for hobos," Sue secretly invites Vocal Adrenalin coach Austin Goolsbee (Cheyenne Jackson), defrocked educator and legendary friend of Dorothy,[url=http://www.edsreadingroom.co.uk/category/mulberry-factory-shop/]mulberry factory shop[/url], Sandy Ryerson (Stephen Tobolosky) and legendary shrew Terri Schuester (Jessalyn Gilsig) to join her plot to destroy the McKinley glee club.The recruiting scene overflowed with the kinds of rapid fire jokes, combining venom and wit, that have made Jane Lynch an unlikely superstar. Lynch wasn't the only star of the League of Evil however as Sandy Ryerson managed to steal scenes even from Lynch. See for yourself on Youtube.Cheers for Sunshine CorazonCharice returned to Glee this week as her Sunshine Corazon offered the New Directions an unlikely ally of their own. Though it's hard to believe Sunshine would be so helpful given that Rachel Berry had once sent her to a crack house as a prank and that she bailed on New Directions to join Vocal Adrenalin, she nevertheless seemed sincere enough as she auditioned a stunning take on the classic song of lonely despair "All By Myself." The performance gets an extra cheer for Mark Salling's Puck turning on the waterworks.Cheers for Holly Holiday As Sunshine returned Gwyneth Paltrow's Holly Holiday made her not unexpected exit. We've known for a while that the Oscar winning Ms. Paltrow for giving Holly a smart and well plotted send off.From her love of costumes,[url=http://www.henri-rizzo-constructions.fr/category/air-jordan-4/]air jordan 4[/url], Wallace Simpson was genius last night,[url=http://www.spagnoloinregole.it/hogan-online.html]hogan online[/url], to her awkward/cool use of slang; Holly Holiday was a surprisingly vivid creation. And to top it all off, she can really sing as she showed again in "Night of Neglect" with a gorgeous rendition of Adele's "Turning Tables."Holly and Will's relationship was doomed for many reasons,[url=http://www.henri-rizzo-constructions.fr/category/air-jordan-spizike/]air jordan spizike[/url], her commitment issues,[url=http://www.ngcommit.fr/chaussure-nike-tn/]chaussure nike tn[/url], his still being in love with Emma (how tender was Will and Emma's lunch scene? Awww) and the fact that Gwyneth was always leaving. Yet,[url=http://www.campingterreferme.fr/converse-blanche.html]converse blanche[/url], despite it all Paltrow and Matthew Morrison developed tremendous chemistry and the ending left you both satisfied yet curious about what might happen in the future should Holly return.Cheers for Mike Chang's Dance Dance RevolutionI'm no fan of Jack Johnson whose hipster pop has infected far too many modern radios but Mike Chang's dance routine to Johnson's sticky sweet "Bubble Toes" was unendingly entertaining. Harry Shum is amassing quite a cult following among Gleeks and while he doesn't have the star wattage of Cory Montieth or Chris Colfer he may yet become one of the true stars of this show if he keeps getting showcases like this.Jeers for Mercedes the Diva Where did this plot come from? Mercedes has been edging toward becoming a diva all season with her ego heavily on display at Regionals in her original song "Hell to the No." Having Mercedes first back down about her spot in the show and then having Lauren get in her ear about the proper demands of a diva seemed both abrupt and the kind of storyline inconsistency that had hampered Glee througout the early portion of this season.Jeers for "Night of Neglect" The most egregious failure of this week's Glee however came at the "Night of Neglect" benefit. The idea of the benefit started out with some promise, singing the songs of neglected artists and showing love to the neglected glee clubbers like Mike and Tina,[url=http://www.ngcommit.fr/nike-tn-officiel/]nike tn officiel[/url], but as "Night of Neglect" evolved without one group performance, with only 6 tickets sold and without a Rachel Barry performance,[url=http://www.henri-rizzo-constructions.fr/category/jordan/]jordan[/url], the whole thing went downhill fast.Glee has often stretched credulity but the idea that no one in New Directions could get someone to come to the benefit smashed, stomped and slashed credulity to ribbons. I get that the show was underlining how neglected members of New Directions have been feeling, and it was a great touch to feature Mike Chang and Tina in the benefit as their talents have been neglected much of the season,[url=http://www.henri-rizzo-constructions.fr/category/air-jordan-femme-pas-cher/]air jordan femme pas cher[/url], but it simply wasn't believable and in the end it seemed unnecessary and ludicrous.
